School age kids and their adults, join us on Thursday, July 23rd at 10:15 AM at the library for the special day of art. Please note: REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
We will gather at Mendon Public Library by 10:15 AM for a 10:30 AM bus departure to the Memorial Art Gallery (MAG). Once we arrive at MAG, we will divide up into two groups of 20 with one group touring the museum and the other group doing a craft. After 45 minutes, we will switch. Bring a bag lunch to enjoy in the sculpture garden if the weather allows. We will return by bus to Mendon Public Library by 1:30 PM.
Please note: this is for school age kids and their adult. Students under the age of 18 will not be allowed to attend without an adult.
MAGconnect aims to improve access by bringing members of our community to the museum to enjoy a tour and discover its offerings! Free transportation and admission are provided to local groups and organizations that qualify to participate based on financial, transportation, and other accessibility considerations. Guests are also offered a complimentary pass so they can visit the museum on their own and continue to enjoy its collections, exhibitions, programs, and amenities.
