Voice of the Constitution – a Celebration

Recent News, Teen Programs, Events, Adult Programs

On Saturday, November 22nd, from 1 – 3 PM, join your friends and neighbors here at the library and together rediscover our founding document! Be the first on your block to be able to answer these questions:

  • What did Congress promise not to talk about for twenty years?
  • Who is required to swear on a Bible?
  • How many people is a Representative required to represent?
  • What is the longest sentence in the Constitution?
  • Who is Columbia and do we see too much of her?

Learn the answers to these questions and more during a round-robin reading of the United States Constitution. The reading will take about an hour, and there will be a discussion afterwards. All are welcome to attend.
