Some changes to the UR/Thompson Health Site Plan are being negotiated. These changes would make the plan much more acceptable to the Library. If these changes to the Site Plan are implemented, the Library Director and Board of Trustees can support the project moving forward while remaining responsible stewards of Mendon Public Library.
Thank you to all in our community who have taken the initiative to learn more, think critically, and speak up about the original proposed development. Thank you to the parties involved who are coming together to work through the concerns that were raised and offer some big improvements.
