Alicia has been on the Board for over 6 years. She currently serves as the Treasurer, and previously held the position of Vice President.
Alicia was born and raised in Honeoye Falls and is now living and working here.
“I think I bring a lot of community knowledge and experience. I never thought my medical background would be useful [on the Board], but it was very helpful during the pandemic in guiding policies.”
She recalls
“Spending endless hours in the old library on Monroe Street as a kid.”
And, as a parent with young children
“The library was such a valuable community resource to me. It provided community, learning, and sometimes was just the place to go when you needed to get out of the house!”
Alicia spends her time with her family: husband Matt, and sons Isaac and William. Her favorite part of the library is all the summer Reading activities for the kids, and LIBBY for herself. She works as a family physician here in Honeoye Falls, and enjoys gardening, cooking, and reading.
