The Friends of the Mendon Library Store is open whenever the library is open. Our selection includes high quality books and other materials suitable for gift giving at a fraction of the price of new.
Book Donations to the Library
If you are ready to share your books with others, we accept limited donations for our library collection, the Friends of the Library Store, and children’s prize incentives.
Specifically, we are looking for:
- Children’s/YA fiction and nonfiction books in excellent condition
- Adult fiction/nonfiction books published within the past three years
- Books on CD
- Games
- Puzzles
Please donate these items to another worthy charitable organization:
- Adult books published before 2020
- VHS tapes and/or cassettes
- Magazines
- Reader’s Digest Condensed Books
- Textbooks
Damp or musty materials, dirty, or torn materials should be recycled.
