Adults and Teens: Do you feel the everyday stress and want to feel more relaxed? Have you wanted to try meditation and feel you would enjoy being in a room with others during meditation? Would you like to be present in a guided meditation?
This class at the library, on Monday, February 10, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, will allow you to set your worries aside, as we go into a journey of meditation. You will be in a place that is safe, supported and loved. Come join us for guided meditation with mindfulness and breathing exercises. Registration is required for this class.
