Kids, on Thursday, April 6, from 1pm – 2pm, join NASA Solar System Ambassador and retired Aerospace Engineer, Jim Porter as he explains the solar system and what will be happening one year from now. The next total solar eclipse to visit North America comes on April 8, 2024. The duration of totality will be up to 4 minutes and 27 seconds, almost double that of The Great American Eclipse of August 21, 2017.
Bring your questions about space to the Mendon Public Library Jacobs Family Reading Room and be prepared to have fun and learn a lot!
