In honor of Monroe County’s Bicentennial, The Mendon Public Library welcomes back Bill Lane on Thursday, June 9, from 6:30pm – 8:00pm for another intriguing lecture on the history of Monroe County’s largest park. This program will be presented both in-person and on zoom.
Mr. Lane will answer how and why Mendon Ponds Park was created and inform us of what was there before the land became a park. Mr. Lane is the past president and current chair of the Honeoye Falls / Mendon Historical Society.
